“etccraft.com” is a website selling crafting digital products. Below is a detailed discussion about the license. There are two licenses, Personal and Commercial, Extended Commercial.

License Term:

This License Agreement is between EtcCraft (“Licensor”) and the purchaser of the Digital Product (“Licensee”). By purchasing the Product, Licensee agrees to the following terms and conditions:-

License for personal and small scale commercial use:-

– The product is licensed for personal and small scale commercial use only. However, 300 pitch printing rights are given in case of small scale trade.

– Licensees may use the Product on multiple personal devices.

– Licensee may not distribute products to clients or third parties without prior written consent.

– The product is licensed for commercial use by businesses or organizations.

– Licensees may use the product for commercial purposes within their organization.

Note :- Licensee may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the Product.

Extended Commercial Use License:

– Licensed for commercial use, Licensee is licensed for unlimited printing.

– Licensee shall obtain a commercial license for the Digital Product. However, the product can be used by 70% modification, enhancement and customization.

– Licensee must credit the original product source of the final product where applicable.

Note :- Licensee may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the Product.

Termination:

– Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License Agreement if Licensee violates any of the Terms.

– Upon termination, Licensee must cease all use of the product and destroy any copies in their possession.

By purchasing and using the Digital Product, Licensee agrees to abide by these Terms.
